I returned a 187.00 coat to Columbia. They can see where UPS (their recommended carrier) now has possession of the package but is not forwarding it but will not help me or issue a refund. They are telling me it is my responsibility to research. I have talked to 3 levels of supervision with no remedy. DO NOT order directly from Columbia. Use a second party like Amazon who offers customer support and has a reliable return policy. I am out 187.00 and will never order from Columbia again.
