I placed an order and trying to check status, but know one answers the telephone unable to leave a message, the live chat option, no one returns the messages. Getting very worried that they have stolen my money

We apologize for the late reply, the best way to contact us is via email with your order number. We are usually open Monday - Friday 9AM-6PM. Due to new processes which help keep you, as well as our staff safe, we are currently experiencing minor delays in processing orders.
