I ordered a pair of equestrian boots because Sheplers had the best price I could find. Not many options here in Canada. My order never showed up under my account; an employee advised me that their order tracking is not working on their webpage, so I was definitely skeptical at that point.
I got a shipping notification about two weeks later. Tracked the order, and it was already in my city. UPS charged me $20, which really isn't bad for UPS. I was expecting to pay $100 going by my history with this company but maybe the shipping method helps to avoid outrageous brokerage? Not sure.
Anyway, the boots fit and I got them at a price I couldn't get here in Canada. So, I am satisfied with my experience shopping here. I'm sorry to see others haven't had the same experience. I put another order through, so we'll see how that goes...
