This company ripped me off for a ridiculous $4.50 on an item they shorted me.
I informed them that I didn't receive the item I paid for and requested they send it or refund me
And they flat-out refused. They said because I didn't provide a photograph of the original package
My order came in that they didn't have to refund me. Total BS!
Potential customers should be well aware of their draconian policies. If you don't get what you paid for,
You're screwed.
Actually had to file an official chargeback dispute with my bank... for $4.50! Ridiculous!
