recently tried to access my e mail account which I have had for years, when logging in I was told my information was incorrect and had to reset password really ! Had to create a new account so I could receive 4 digit security code, After receiving code I filled out security forms and submitted. After a few moments I received another e mail saying sorry information was not sufficient and try again. after 3 attempts with this crap I was told I was locked out for 24 hrs and try again. Waited 24 hrs tried again went through same bull $#*! again locked out for 24 hrs. Went on line to find out how to e mail Hotmail support and here is the best part after thinking you are chatting with a human come to find out it's another automated system and for a dollar on you charge card we will submit your complaint to a tech support person. Really your system sucks and now you want access to a charge card for a dollar for support. WHAT A SCAM !!!
