I am a hostgator reseller and I have been one for over 15 years. I DREAD having to contact support when I have a problem. First Level knows NOTHING ABOUT ANYTING. Completely untrained and unable to read English, they ask me the same questions over and over then tell me they need to escalate it to Tier 2 which is 24 to 48 hours... which is a lie, its more like 5 -14 days. Im out - this last one today was the last straw and IM moving my reselleer sites somewhere else. Its like I am chatting with 12 year olds who have no computer experience
