I sent in three comic books to be graded through CBCS. That was in August. It is now December and I still don't have my books. What's worse is they double charged me (different amounts) for the same three books. That when I call "customer service" it takes me to a call center in India with very polite people saying they will call me back and never do. Saurav is the most recent, and this review is going on this company's page because he has it in his email footer. I WANT MY BOOKS BACK!

Tip for consumers:
If you like bad customer service, double charging on services, long wait times, and essentially anythign else that's bad that you can think of, these are the guys for you. If you value your collectibles and favor good, local customer service and return calls on issues then seek that elsewhere.
