Ordered a sofa chair to be delivered (6-8wks). On the 7th week i coudl see from the online tracking that the order was witht he courier so called to find out when the deliver woudl be made. Customer service then advised that the order woudl not be delivered but they had no idea where it was! They could not contact the courier or gather any other information other than what i could review online. I was then offered 2 options, either a refund or i could wait another 6-8wks for a re-order. All of this took approximately 2 mins... Zero attempt to track the order/find out what happened, just 'sorry do you want your money back?'. I would avoid this company as from the lack of customer service i am guessing they spend most of the day getting the type of call i made!
