I have no complaints other than with their security. I received a post card in the mail from a class action administrator (Kroll) notifying me that T-Mobile had handed over my details in connection with the data breach.

I contacted T-Mobile and they say my data was not part of the breach. So if that was the case, then they should not have passed my into to the law firm and the class settlement administrator to start with.

I fail to see how sharing my information is supposed to help in this situation. I have nothing to gain from the lawsuit. Even if my data was part of the data-breach, I would only be due a very small sum, so what is the point?

I never consider any business who resorts to advertising by SPAM to be worthy of a good review.
They have contacted me several times with their promotions. I contacted them and asked that they remove my 11-year-old son's name and email. They say they complied.

I demanded that they comply with the CPRA and further pointed out that buying, selling information about minors is a felony. They completely ghosted me and have refused to disclose how they obtained my son's information.
Based on the spelling, and the specific email address they reached, I already know they obtained the info from a data breach at the Lost Angeles Unified School District.
Being that they have refused to disclose their source, I can only assume that they knowingly and willingly purchased the database from the dark web. I am not saying that they may not know where the dark web seller obtained the information.

Tip for consumers:
I only wanted the public to know that the company uses SPAM advertising, and refuses to disclose where it purchases its databases.

I get SPAM with links to the site all the time. The site offers news articles stolen from other sites. Most of the links at the bottom of the page go to nothing at all (for example "Privacy" does not link to anything). The "Contact US" link goes to a page with dead emails. Everything about the site is fake. I would never buy anything from them. I strongly suspect they are only phishing for bank card info.

The site is registered with GoDaddy. It is a bad idea to do business with any site registered with GoDaddy.

They have my name and an address were i last resided in 2008. They send me fake offers using my name and the stale address about once every three months. They have, of course, been doing so for the last. 13 years. I have never been to their site. All I know is they keep sending SPAM ads asking me to refill some prescriptions. I know it is a scam because of how they choose to advertise. There is no option to opt out.

Tip for consumers:
The site is Chinese owned and advertises by misleading SPAM. For 13 years they have been sending me the same SPAM telling me to refill my prescription. Stay clear or them.
