Placed an order for a Xiaomi Mi Box 3 device. After 5 days of no information or communication from them, they decided that I needed to pay another US$27 to have my order processed.
Cancelled order, still waiting for a refund, which is slow and hasnt moved.
No way to contact customer service to raise a ticket, the tickets I have raised won't get a response.
