I've played a lot of games and dealt with a lot of gaming company's support, AeriaGames is by far the worst. Slow response time, terrible at pinpointing the issue and overall very unpleasant to work with, so I stopped playing their game Aura Kingdom after spending lots of money on Aeria Points, one time I tried to go back and check out what's new, and guess what? My account is banned due to "billing inactivity" so basically they banned me because I stopped spending money on their games...
