Was told my price was locked in for 20 minutes, after less than 3 minutes I went to confirm the tickets and the price shot up almost 80 dollars.
I usually book through you but considering I am unable to use my points and that you don't keep to your word about price locking for 20 minutes, I will consider other options in the future.

Our website does not mention that your flight is locked in so not sure where this was coming from. Fares are dynamic and change at any time due to availabiity comes from the airline and every travel site pulls from that availability.
