I eventually decided the savings were worth the possible troubles, and plus they allow purchases through PayPal, so you get buyer protection anyway with free return shipping. Anyway, I placed a very large order with 30+ items and they filled it perfectly. Every part number matches exactly what I ordered perfectly. Handling took about a day and they were shipped quickly. I asked them a few questions throughout the process and they were fast and accurate with their responses. Overall great experience. I would not hesitate to purchase from them in the future.
