Ordered my birth certificate, paid an extra $17.50 for insured, UPS shipping. The package arrived SOAKING WET. This company does NOTHING to correct this. I have to contact the Dept of Health. If I'd wanted to go through that trouble, I wouldn't have ordered online in the first place. Absolute $#*! customer service. Don't waste your money. Just go to the health dept to start with.
