I tried to access my account to set up a payment program for my taxes, but I couldn't sign in because the email address on the account was not mine. It looks like my account was hacked. I can't sign in, there is no number to call, the chat bot just won't let me talk to a live person and just redirects me to fill out a customer support ticket. I filled out a customer support ticket and a week later got an email. I answered all their questions. Two week later, never got a response and my account is still suspended. The worst by far customer service I have ever experienced.

Tip for consumers:
No customer service, no phone numbers to call for assistance, no help from anyone
