My item didn't arrive. They claimed it was derived and sent a photo of a box left behind a bin by the front door. I didn't give permission for the item to be left anywhere safe as we live opposite a school that is very busy and lots of people pass by this London street and there isn't anywhere safe to leave anything. Contacted the company, they promised to solve it. Been waiting 2 weeks for a response to emails where they said they'd 'resolve' the situation - silence for 14 days since. Resolve clearly has different definitions.
I was promised on 4/8 'they will send Denial of Receipt documents which you will need to fill out and return to us.' I'm still waiting over 3 weeks later despite me emailing reminders. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are only reselling and you can find the same items elsewhere for the same price and you'll definitely get a better service. I totally understand that it is the courier who is at fault for leaving the package in an unsafe place but the service since then from Metal Detectors UK has been abysmal which is what my review is based on.
