This was THE WORST customer service and quality I've ever experienced! I ordered a jacket in November 2013. It took neary 2 months to arrive because they claimed it had to be remade but when the jacket came ot was actually done very well... so dispite the snafu I ordered another jacket in Feb. I was assured that there would be no problems this time-- yeah right! When the jacket finally arrived the sleeves were 4" too short. O had to argue back and forth with Anu thay the jacket was not properly made. Finally I had to literally take a pic of the sleeves with a tape measure and email ot to him/ her before he/ she would believe me! I requested that in addition to correcting the sleeves that they add 1" to the chest because it was a teenie-tiny bit snug on my wife. I had to pay return postage to have the jacket returned and was (once again) assured my postage would be refunded-- yeah right again! I had argue back and forth whether the postage had been refunded until Anu finally conceded that it had not. When the replacement arrived JUNE 5th the sleeve length was perfect... but the body of the jacket was so narrow in the chest that it would only fit a broom stick! Once again... Anu argued that it wasnt their fault- they made the jacket to my measurements (which obviously they did not) and furthermore [catch this] they made the new jacket with charging me up front! Somehow he managed forget that I had actually paid for the jacket but sent it back ti be replaced WITHOUT ME RECEIVING A REFUND of the original purchase price! Slimfit has yet to rectify this situation! I HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I wish I could give thwm 10 NEGATIVE stars! I'm certain they will remove this review as expeditiously as possible
