READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY!

I made a purchase from this company and three weeks later, no shipping information, no tracking, nothing... I contacted the seller, asking to cancel my order, since I didn't think they were ever going to ship the jacket I purchased... nothing again...

Since I made my purchase using PayPal, I contacted them letting them know that I don't believe I am going to get what I payed for and to refund me... over a week later, the seller responds through PayPal and gives a tracking number, the package is to be shipped from Pakistan. Another two weeks later, I just received the package today...

As soon as I open the box, my house fills with this pungent fake leather/plastic smell, I started to sneeze it was so bad... I took the jacket out of the box that they crammed it in, and started to laugh.

How TERRIBLE this jacket is, not even close to what was advertised, and how AWFUL the stitch work is... sure it's sorta similar, like if someone was blind and far away, up close you can tell it's cheap, before or after the smell.

Everything about this jacket is off, the colour, the stitch work, the position of basically everything, the cheap foam inserts like the back or the guards, the material feels very weak, the logo sizes are way off, the trim pieces are extremely poorly cut, LMFAO, event the reflectors are not even reflectors! Just rectangular cut grey leather-like material...

I hope PayPal doesn't side with this company and let's me return this GARBAGE to get my money back... mind you this jacket is sold at 150USD and I though that would be a fair price for this jacket, it's not like I purchased it from wish.

I even went out of my way to do a comparison, of what they advertise that I thought I was getting and what I got. Sorry i has to put the pictures in sideways to fit Sitejabbers allowed picture size.

Slimfitjackets.co.uk - do not buy from them. The product details stated that I would receive a jacket, trousers and undershirt. All I received was a poorly made jacket. Their UK return address is just some random person's home, as I found out when I got a call from that unfortunate person. Have contacted Paypal to try and get my money back. Utterly ridiculous.

Bought a biker jacket for my son, it is really amazing jacket. Last knight my son got an accident but this jacket saved my son's upper body and arms, jacket little bit damaged. Highly recommended!

After being late two weeks with my order I tried to contact them by phone, and it just goes to this unprofessional recording. I email them with a reply to my original order (containing all my order details, order number, and receipt) and they reply back "to insure you're who you say you are, please send us a picture of your passport or photo ID." Excuse me? Why, so you can rip off my identity as well? I filed a dispute with my credit card company.

The jacket is not leather it I not made properly. I ordered a 2xx they sent a girls large. And told me I can keep it and get 40% of my money back. I can't sell it if I keep it no one will give me 178.00 for it. Don't buy from them

I ordered a leather tailcoat from Slimfitjackets in spite of reading several negative reviews about them. I am happy to say I had a very good experience with them and I am pleased with both the product and the service I received. The website estimated 4 to 5 days for processing and another 4 to 5 days for shipping, which seemed a bit optimistic to me. A few days later, I got an email saying there was a problem with the address, which I answered and cleared up the problem. About a week later the jacket arrived at my front door. Total time from order to delivery was 16 days, which I think is a reasonable time. The size and fit of it was perfect and just as I had ordered. The jacket is beautiful - both my wife and l love it. Do not be afraid to order from this website

They take your money and if you do get anything it's damaged and not useable. Spend a little more money to get something right and the return label was Pakistan. Go figure, if it smells like a duck and quacks like a duck. It's a duck

I ordered a jacket a month ago and they had NO PROBLEM taking the money from my account but as of yet I have not received the ordered merchandise nor have I received any correspondence other that after complaining, got an email stating I would have it by this weekend. I've spoken with my state police and Monday they will help me file a report with the United States Marshalls

I ordered $160 jacket almost 3 weeks ago. I got an email saying my package would be shipped once the payment was received. It didn't take long for them to charge me for the jacket, but guess what they forgot to do... To send me my goddamn jacket! I kept on calling and calling since I never got a tracking number, or any updates and nobody answered me. This number under customer service is not helpful. I keep calling and all I get is a dude asking me to leave a voicemail, which i did. I left a voicemail couple days ago and still nothing. What the hell is going on I don't understand, do they even know what the customer service means? I need my jacket or a refund. This is absolutely ridiculous, I shop online all the time, I have never come across with anything like this before. Ill dispute my charges, thats not even a question, but I just wanted to help you guys avoid all the hustle and terrible experience. Seriously stay away from this website. It might be a scam? Thats probably what it is.

I ordered from this website a littler nervous. I had read the other customer reviews and most didn't have very promise tales. However, I don't have a single complaint.
I ordered my jacket on sale, with the expectation of not receiving it for some time (noting how the reviews often mentioned late shipping). I waited a few days before sending in an email asking for a tracking company and number for my package, (due to other reviews) not expecting a reply. I got my reply the next morning with the appropriate information.
My package arrived exactly when it said it would and the jacket fits perfectly, smelling delightfully of new leather.

In short, I ordered my jacket and got it in a week without a single complaint. 5/5 stars.

I ordered a jacket and it took forever to get it. When I did get it it was a child size jacket not adult 16 (which is plus size here in USA). Since it was THEIR mistake I asked for a refund and return shipping label so I could return this one that I can't wear. Now they are ignoring me even though I filed a dispute with Paypal. Nothing is being done. I was basically ripped off. They have terrible customer service. I would NOT waste your time with this company. First of all their workmanship sucks. Crappy quality. I could have done better. Very disappointed! I want my money back!

By no means do you purchase from this company! If they mess up your order they WILL NOT REFUND or exchange and you will have lost your money. After several attempts they have completely ignored my email. They have your money so to hell with you.

Slimfitjackets.com They actually did send me a jacket, the model I ordered too, but it was very, very messed up. I asked for a Med. The jacket I received was marked M but when it didn't fit I measured the shoulders to find the were way, way too large; actually they were the shoulders of an XX-large according to their own chart! The customer service person was nice enough but only offers to let me spend another $100bucks and buy a discounted coat. That is all they will do! I even offered to pay the return shipping! In truth I probably ought to have ordered a Small (looking at their chart) for a closer fit but that is totally, 100% beside the point. I could have worn the Medium if they had sent a PROPER Medium, that is a Medium by their own chart. In the end, I am out of pocket about $170.00 and have an unwearable jacket. I can only suggest you stay away, stay far away from Slim Fit Jackets or Slimfitjackets.com. Very disappointed in Sacramento, CA...

This was THE WORST customer service and quality I've ever experienced! I ordered a jacket in November 2013. It took neary 2 months to arrive because they claimed it had to be remade but when the jacket came ot was actually done very well... so dispite the snafu I ordered another jacket in Feb. I was assured that there would be no problems this time-- yeah right! When the jacket finally arrived the sleeves were 4" too short. O had to argue back and forth with Anu thay the jacket was not properly made. Finally I had to literally take a pic of the sleeves with a tape measure and email ot to him/ her before he/ she would believe me! I requested that in addition to correcting the sleeves that they add 1" to the chest because it was a teenie-tiny bit snug on my wife. I had to pay return postage to have the jacket returned and was (once again) assured my postage would be refunded-- yeah right again! I had argue back and forth whether the postage had been refunded until Anu finally conceded that it had not. When the replacement arrived JUNE 5th the sleeve length was perfect... but the body of the jacket was so narrow in the chest that it would only fit a broom stick! Once again... Anu argued that it wasnt their fault- they made the jacket to my measurements (which obviously they did not) and furthermore [catch this] they made the new jacket with charging me up front! Somehow he managed forget that I had actually paid for the jacket but sent it back ti be replaced WITHOUT ME RECEIVING A REFUND of the original purchase price! Slimfit has yet to rectify this situation! I HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I wish I could give thwm 10 NEGATIVE stars! I'm certain they will remove this review as expeditiously as possible
