I have made a payment arrangement with T-Mobile and I have been with the cell phone provider for 6 years. My payment arrangement was made on the 25th I called into customer service to tell them I do not get paid until the 30th and if they could change my payment arrangement to the 30th period the customer service attendant on the phone say yes that was no problem. Unfortunately he or she was not listening to me as a customer and they set my payment arrangement up for February 8th Which was 14 days away from the previous date that I ask. There for my phone will be cut off because they extended further than I asked
