Extremely bad service.
I ordered a trench coat from lioness. Got the confirmation email, 3 days later they email me telling me they are unable to fulfill my order due to no stock? Seemed strange that I was even able to order it then. I emailed back and asked if the could just send me a bigger size. Took another 3 days to get back to me and said they actually had the original size I was after, great.
Then I notice it hadn't moved at all on my tracking for about a week, so I emailed them and asked what the go was.
They took another 3 days to get back to me and tell me my package had been lost?
So I ask for a refund, then they took a week to even reply to me still no refund, I told them I'll be taking it up with the bank. I finally got my refund and the shorted me $6 not a big deal but still not okay.
