Customer service is very good but sadly the tech sent to my job was not experienced in what I was asking. He attempted to resolve two of my issues (combining business and personal calendars and setting up my domain), but after an hour he was still clicking around and googling things, without anything completed. While i was not charge for the he spent searching for the resolution - I still feel compelled to write this review for others. If you are looking for basic work, setting up a printer or email, probably they would work but if you have something more advanced be aware.
