I've loved the fact that i received the watch however with slight delays which is why i've reduced to 4 stars instead of 5
Emails and chats including phone support was responsive and they never made me felt uneasy with the amount of support i received.
Watch's quality so top notch, just as advertised and we will definitely purchase from them again.
