Update: I was on hold for 50 minutes prior to reaching a customer service representative the first time I called. I cancelled my order, requested email confirmation that it would be cancelled, to which the customer service representative stated they were not sure if I would receive (I did not), and saw on the website that all of the items had been updated to "Status: Cancelled". I went to check that the order was properly cancelled and all of my items were showing "Status: Not Shipped". This seemed super sketchy. I spent another 45 minutes on hold waiting to speak to a customer service representative. This customer service rep explained that changes to orders can take up to 72 hours to propagate throughout their system (in 2021?!) and that my order was cancelled on their end. As of a week later, the order doesn't show in my order history but I also do not see it refunded on my FullBeauty Store Card. BEWARE OF MAKING ANY PURCHASES FROM THIS COMPANY. They will sell you things that are out of stock and cheerily quote 14 BUSINESS DAYS shipping times (assuming that's after the months-long wait for orders to be stocked).

The clothes are wildly overpriced. The shipping is outrageously priced, designed to get you to sign up for a shipping discount service, and slow as molasses. 14 business days is unacceptable at this point. Other companies have got it together after a year in the pandemic, why hasn't this company? You can't cancel an order online, in the year 2021 which is not only extremely suspicious, but extremely inconvenient, and the telephone customer service has had me on hold for 45 minutes so far and I still haven't gotten to speak to a person. I'll just order clothers from department stores in the future. What a ripoff.

Tip for consumers:
BUY CLOTHES ELSEWHERE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL.
