I was lied to about the personal training sessions - how long they were, when they expire etc. Many inaccuracies. When I called customer service, no matter who I spoke with, they all said "the contract says..." They were very degrading and no help. I didn't even ask for money back. Just to extend the time to use the sessions. No help whatsoever!
