I WAS a really happy customer and bought a lot here.
Couple of weeks ago I ordered many dresses for a wedding.
Kept 1, returned the others...
And what happens then? I get from Klarna the whole bill for ALL the items!
Called en e-mailed a lot with the customer service from Next, but they say they don't have it and don't understand it.
I have to wait for days when I get an answer to my complaints, en when I get an answer back, they don't come with a solution. No, they say that the package is still at a parcel point...
Looks like a joke but I don't think this is funny. I have to pay €244,- for only 1 dress (88,-) I kept!
When you call the customer service, they say you have to e-mail.
When you e-mail, they don't understand you and you get robot-answers back.
Really sad because I used to loved this webshop but how the fix this problem, or what do I say; they don't fix It! It's terrible!
