Okay, so, when I saw the custom shop here I thought I'd found a gold mine, I LOVE custom stuff, it's my favorite, but then I read the reviews and I was scared, people made it sound like a scam, well, it's not, so I made an account on here just to tell people that these guys are not a scam, the reason I took the risk to buy was because I saw their amazon store had glowing and non-faked reviews.
I know that they have made some big mistakes, specifically I heard a story of a big sale where everyone's order got cancelled (I should note though that the sale I bought it on worked), but it seems to me they've got their stuff together, I LOVE my products, I don't feel like adding all the photos, but if you do want to see them you can go it my instagram iristhetranny,
Anyways, this wasn't without flaw, the shipping was expensive, and I specifically spent a bit more to get the "registered airmail" which was supposed to give me a tracking number, it didn't, then I emailed them and asked why, they said it would appear in 48 hours, it didn't, but just before I emailed again demanding it, I came home to my order being there.
I was originally expecting the material to suck, as a lot of mass production merch does, but no, the material feels great, niiiiice and soft, only problem is is that you can't machine wash it, so don't mess up and ruin them by machine washing them, which is what I think a few of the reviewers here did.
Also, another thing, the site is glitchy, I hope they fix that, but it's still managable, and the images you submit WILL be 1 to 1 with what they give you, and if you submit to small of an image it will be blurry, I used a black paisely for the background of a top and it's a bit blurry, because of the size of the image, meanwhile my d&d inspired top is in perfect resolution.
I was so happy to see all the detail come through, and I WILL be buying from this site more, they are a legitimate company that makes mistakes, but is genuinely trying, and I'm sure they don't want aaaaaaaaaaaannny more bad reviews to their name, so don't be scared to order from them, I love my products, and it was worth the risk.
