-Atrocious customer service; navigating phone system to actually speak to someone who is competent/empowered to do anything takes at minimum 30 minutes (prepare for longer)
-Extremely slow to respond to issues, numerous follow-up attempts needed
-Did not inform of cancelled flight, therefore I missed out on a long planned vacation
-Misleading remarks made by 'management' while attempting to get reimbursement for expenses incurred as a result of their failure.
