JCrew used to sell good quality clothing but it changed a couple of years ago. Cashmere sweaters used to cost $180 but its all worth it, they have the best colors compared to other brands and it last for a long time. But after that couple of years, yes the price is lower but the quality is poor. 2 cashmerE sweaters from them after hand washing shrunk. The "merino" they sell is so thin not worth the price.

free shipping is only for jcrew cardholders. refund policy is if final sale no refund. i am not the kind of person who buy and then return no matter how many they are. so i stop buying as 2 of the cashmere sweaters i bought shrunk.
