“Misunderstood”

Was in a time crunch and needed something quick. I ordered a tailored dress with exact measurements; as I'm tall with coke bottle figure. Customer service was great; however, when the dress arrived I couldn't get it over my hips which surprised me because I gave measurements. Dress seemed pretty but couldn't wear it. Too bad!
I think they are made for an Asian girl's frame.
