It was my 5th order from this shop unfortunately, I keep following up for the items to be shipped. No one from their end initiated that items would be delayed in shipment as one of the item is still not instock. In the end, their customer service advised me to cancel my orders.:-) I did cancel. I got my refund as well after a few days. It was a waste of my time. I hope they can look into this properly.
