The data is questionable at best, (I looked up myself and noticed the information was from 2 jobs ago). This is primarily because zoom uses "Email signatures" as a primary means of verification, while the reality is many companies do not immediately delete an email when a person leaves, nor does the system have a method of filtering through people with multiple active emails, so you end up with bad and outdated data.
More importantly, their customer service is subpar. I contacted them several days before my contract was set to expire with them because the system locked me out, and got nothing but buck passing and ignored when trying to get them to honor my access so I could extract the last lists we compiled. Do not do business with these people unless you enjoy wasting time, getting the run around, and dealing with unscrupulous individuals.
