I bought an item in sale flash and i paid for it and i received a confirming email "the process is complete"
After 24h they apologized and said to me that:
"Due to technical glitch there has been a miscalculation in the Order #*******731. We sincerely apologize for this error and would kindly request you to pay the revised charges mentioned below. Unfortunately we will not be able to process your order before the additional amount is paid.
You may PAY NOW by clicking the link below. We appreciate your understanding and looking forward to serving you again in future."
I asked them to cancel the order, and return my money back, and they don't
It's over 2 weeks now and they're not respond
They're liars and dishonest
