Tried to sign up October 21st - it's now November 9th, and I've had at least five "tickets" issued, and promptly I get another email asking to RATE The SERVICE! (Of which I have received none). Tax dollars are paying for this.
SHAME on id.me and whoever decided to outsource to them!
