Good afternoon, I have used your company twice now and although i find the product very good indeed, i find the service levels not so good. For example, My first order was for 4 seat base covers for my outside chairs, i ordered them and although the delivery date was quite long i accepted it, however this kept changing, until i finally emailed. Eventually I had a reply from a very competent man who said he would get a manager to contact me and he would refund my postage. The postage was refunded immediately, but i never received any further contact, and the product was dispatched the next day.
My next order unfortunately has followed a similar pattern, the delivery date came and went, you sent me this questionnaire out and my covers hadn't even arrived. They have now but are about 2 weeks past the delivery date with no explanation or anything. I am a general manager in a service related industry which relies on repeat business as i assume you do too, but i would be mortified if my company was run like yours is, infact i would go mas far to say i would be out of a job after 16 years service.
Can't knock the quality of the product, but the service has a lot of improvement in it.
