Bad customer service I was suppose to get a monthly update every month it was never on time I even had to remind the representative several times each month for my report and after the 1 year it was stated I was suppose to receive an update after 3 months never heard back from them I had to send multiple emails and voicemails to get an answer back horrible service for the amount of money you pay.
