Bad customer service I was suppose to get a monthly update every month it was never on time I even had to remind the representative several times each month for my report and after the 1 year it was stated I was suppose to receive an update after 3 months never heard back from them I had to send multiple emails and voicemails to get an answer back horrible service for the amount of money you pay.
I have had no further contact and know absolutely nothing. I tried through BBB, but they just tried to make me look stupid. They broke the contract by not informing me of any changes that was done on with their company and honoring contracts already in progress. I'm out 7,000 and would be shocked to actually get somewhere with the company.

They are supposed to be promoting my idea for 3 years but have changed thier policy to just 1 with the other 2 being a wait and see if anyone responds. Really!!!
I was contacted and a resolution is being worked on. Found some information that could resolve this.

Do not go with this company they steal your money! They keep up for the first year and do really nothing but send letters. My idea was not shown at an invention convention as they promised.

Huge scam. Stay away! They try to tell you that their company is very impressed with your product, and they want to license it. When a product is licensed, they pay you. Not the other way around. The company told me they will invest $100k+ into my product, but first they need $7-10K from me up front. That's not how any of this works. I have a patent, own my own molds, and have a very large stock of inventory, and they told me everything I have is worthless. Nothing they say or do makes any sense.

If I could pass the rating, I would. How can you rate a company that does not even deserves a rating number. This company is a joke and the CEO is disrespectful to the core...depending who you are!
