“No stock although website indicates on hand”

I wanted to buy item #851-2779 Plastic Rat. Website for Gloucester store shows 5 on hand. They have zero on hand. I drove 1/2 hour there and 1/2 hour back. Disappointing.

Website shows Orleans store shows 10 on hand. They have zero on hand.

I spoke to sales associate and he indicated that this is a halloween item and has been packed up until next Halloween. OK, but inventory still shows on website. This is poor.
