I placed an order in January and was promised it would only take three weeks to complete. I e-mailed them in February to ask the status of my order only to be told the order would take two to three weeks longer than expected. I e-mailed them again on the 4th March. This time i was told they would have my order on the 22nd of March and it would be shipped by next day delivery service. Having heard nothing i e-mailed them on the 22nd of March got no reply, tried to ring them all morning on the 25th March all i got was the engaged tone e-mailed them three times on the 25th March final e-mail was a bit strong got a reply at last saying they had ceased trading and contact my credit card company for my money back. I think going bust is a real result so nobody else will have to go through what seems like hundreds of other people have.
