I bought the wrong oil, so I had two orders. I asked by e-mail to cancel my first order. They said yes. Then all of a sudden, I had two orders shipped. I called in to ask why they were both shipped, and they had NO idea about the e-mail I had documented with my cancellation request. They refused to make it right, charged me for both orders, and lost a customer in the process. I'll gladly shop elsewhere for my products that will take care of a long time customer better than this!
