Hello Hjortur. Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you were not satisfied with our pricing on this shipment. I looked at your account history and can see that it was more expensive, because it was a dangerous goods shipment due to the perfume. Due to international regulations, shipping perfumes and other flammable items requires Stackry to use a certain box size and it limits the economy carriers offered. Our $12.50 dangerous goods fee covers labor and materials, and part of the dangerous goods charge our carriers charge us. We do believe our prices to be very competitive, but keep striving to bring costs down for our customers.
