If you purchase anything that needs to be shipped, ask first who the shipping Company is. If it's XPO, find another place to make your purchase. Their tracking history is beyond horrid, very slow if your package moves at all, etc. We just purchased a storm door from Tractor Supply who are great, however they use this Company. I have never ever ran into so many issues with a Shipper before. Their tracking system makes absolutely no sense and is useless. Our item finally arrived but with a lot of pushing by myself and Tractor Supply.
