I am HVAC contractor. I tried to call to costumer service number and also related numbers and order part.
Sears has horrible information system. Finale system switch me to representative in Philippines
I order part (inducer blower motor) for the furnace. I sent to them all model numbers and info. I was in contact with three persons in this time. All connections were with persons in Philippine and was not possible talk with person in U.S.
Finlay I got order but this order was different. I tried to cancel the order but nobody cancel this order. I had to do stop payment on my credit card. Yesterday this wrong part comes to me. Now I have to send this part back.I did a lot off calls. It is not possible to talk with manager or person in U.S.
I lost two days for nothing. Finlay I bought this part in Johnston Supply in half hour.
I will never ever again buy parts in Sears Parts Direct.
