I ordered a beautiful ceiling light fixture that was delivered with a damaged part. It could've happened in manufacturing or transit. Although slightly disappointed, that stuff happens and I'm sure was not the fault of Bison. I'm grateful for Noah in customer service who assisted me in getting a replacement part delivered to enjoy our beautiful light.
