When I failed to complete my order 2 months ago, I thought all was lost in getting my new Sony camera. I spoke to Rod in Samy's customer service, and he jumped into action. He called me later in the morning with a suggestion, which I followed up on. The Sony model had just been released, and by working with Rod and Samy's and Sony, the model shipped today. This was above and beyond any online site I've worked with, camera or anything. Samy's rocks, and Rod is the man. He earned a customer for life!
