My mother booked flight with my married name and I needed to change it to my maiden name. After over 6 hours of repeat phone calls where I would continuesly be transferred, they charged me $100 for name change, I had to send them a copy of my passport and marriage certificate, which I agreed to, they never sent me a new itinerary. Once again I called, they said I wouldn't be able to receive my itinerary until 7 days before travel. Eventually 4 days before my trip I herd back, they said I would need to pay a $100 fee plus $250 rebooking fee, they were unable to change my name. I ended up having to book a flight through a different airline. So much of my time and money wastes. Employees were rude and would laugh at me when I called, they were clearly numb from dealing with unhappy customers.
