I placed a large order with Fredericks about a month before leaving on a trip. My first order was lost and after multiple conversations, phone calls and opening an official complaint, I still have not received it or been refunded.
Further, when I spoke with customer service last week, they suggested I place a second order while waiting for my refund on the first. I paid for overnight shipping so I would receive it in time for my trip. Well, it is now lost and they do not have a tracking # for it. I will not receive either order in time for my trip. And I have not reimbursed for either order at this point. Forget all the time wasted on this.
It is such a breach of trust for a brand to act in this way. Never ever ordering from this store again.
