“DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM”

I ordered a product from them 11/27/16. By January 4 I still had not received the item and contacted them to cancel the order. I found out they had not even shipped the item. They refused to cancel the order even though it had not shipped. I tried to do a refund through Paypal but paypal denied this because apparently the company said they had shipped the item. Said item arrived at the first of March... I have ordered many things from overseas between November and march that have arrived in much less time. This company is overpriced and their customer service is the worst.
