I've been a customer for about 5 years. As someone who enjoys buying and wearing nice underwear I can appreciate MeUndies. Their underwear is soft the waistband width is smaller than most underwear but still comfortable. They have fun prints as well as regularly adding new/limited ones and solid colored ones. I typically get the boxer brief or the trunks version and compared to other micro modal underwear they do last quite a bit and fit nice, snug, and don't ride up. However, my gripe with the underwear is that they aren't consistent. One pair of underwear will fit absolutely perfect and the next will feel off maybe too snug or the pouch a little smaller than the other one. I find this to be particularly true between different colors and patterns, but they are still comfortable just not as consistent. I found that pausing or canceling my subscription to be very easy. Customer service is great every time I have tried to return a pair I didn't want they give me a full refund and let me keep the pair. Shipping is usually very fast for me around 7 days. I wish they toned down on the cutesie prints and added different ones. I have maybe a few pairs from Calvin Klein that are a bit more pricy but I prefer to wear on occasion. So MeUndies is not perfect but they are quite nice and have very few complaints.
