I was purchasing an order for my daughter's birthday, and wanted to purchase in advance so I could be sure the order would be here on time. However, as I paid for the the transaction, I was told several times that my credit card hadn't gone through although I had received a notification of being charged not once, but twice. The purchase in total was over $200. The costumer service insisted that the transaction had not gone through, and proceeded to speak to me in an extremely disrespectful manner. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
