Recently I ordered something from zazzle and was disappointed with extra costs charged by a broker when UPS delivered the product to me on Canada. After posting here Zazzle's customer service quickly contacted me, looked into my order, and provided me wth three very fair options. They obviously care about customer service and satisfaction.
